Ah yes, mateys, here we be. Finally! :) :huge happy face: (:
This whole week has been insane crazy fun, and is now finally winding down. We're moved in and trying to get some sort of organization established, but for the most part everything is done and we're enjoying it. In the checkout lane I found a nice issue of Better Homes & Gardens, with 68 ways to spark my creative interior-decorating side. For those of you who don't know it, I'm actually all about crafty homey good times. Really.
Brak is ecstatic and making it difficult to type, while J & I are just plain ole happy folk. In the past full week I've managed to see Lord of the Rings & Elf, the former being fab and the latter being... well, I'm REALLY happy I didn't pay for it.
Work has been pretty stressful as of late. However I left around 3 on Wednesday, and don't go back until Monday. Mmmm, very nice. So now I'm just trying to enjoy this MUCH-needed time off from that place, and get my head together. Moving, itself, was tiring but fun.
Trent and Lars (from my work) helped us move, and then Trent & I went to my work's UBER LAME Christmas party. Not cool. The next day Jenn
helped us with the rest, and the three of us hung out all day. It was good times... and that was last weekend.
Xmas went really well, and was one of the best ones I've had in awhile. On Christmas Eve I left work around 3, ordered a pretty spiffy
turkey dinner and picked up some presents from the post office. Then yesterday we had Cameron over to pig out on all the food (which sadly, there was no way to store), and didn't get drunk off the bottle of wine & sparkling cider she brought. J got me the
cutest PINK hoodie on the face of the planet,
a Victoria's Secret tracksuit outfit in a deeper pink, and a
Brak statue, excuse me,
maquette. My family sent out some stuff too, gift cards and whatnot. All in all very good times. Of course the best present ever is getting all settled in here with him and the ma0wma0w. Happy everything to us. *g*
However I'm sure you're tired of my babbling, so it's time to
POST SOME PICTURES!! :)Woohoo, take the
These are all taken today, except the few Xmas ones near the bottom.
This starts off from the parking spots in the back through the little side walkway. My car, Bok Choy. He's the white one.

Ta Daaaaaaaaa... kitchen, living room, bathroom, back in the living room heading up to the patio...

Did I mention the view?

Oh, and the roulette rug. Don't be jealous ...you know you want it. ;)

Here's a couple shots to show el gato bueno enjoying the festivities. Don't be fooled - he's the epitome` of evil. Really!

Oh, and here's the other freak I live with.

Apparently my cat really does use the toilet. Either that or he had a really rough night.

And here I am. Trying to keep the hair out of my face, because it was super windy.

So that's that. Take a look around, come visit if you're local (and cool!), or just leave a nice comment. Hope everyone is doing as well as can be expected. I'm out for now... time to heat up some chimis and curl up with my magazine. Woo for Martha Stewart. ;)
